I find many reasons marketing plans fail is lack of buy in and follow up along with decisions from the Client or Management. Often they dilly dally and don’t seem to understand that you market first and do everything else later – I’m simplifying things.

As a business coach, I’m always amazed at how little most small businesses know about internet marketing. In fact, my own personal guideline is that 99% of all websites don’t work . . . they don’t bring new clients.

And there are so many people looking for most businesses on the internet, and those businesses are missing out.

Many times they give me excuses that no one is looking, or that they just use their website as an online brochure instead of wanting people to find them. A waste!
